Dubek’s factory is Israel’s only facility for tobacco processing and cigarette manufacturing — one of the most advanced of its kind in the world. The factory produces cigarettes in a variety of flavours, lengths (80mm, 83mm, 100mm) and pack formats: soft, hard and round-corner packs. Its advanced laboratories drive research and development to the highest quality standards, in full compliance with international regulations. The production division serves as the technical and logistical backbone of the organisation — a key driver of product quality and market competitiveness.
The Factory Production Process
Raw Materials
Raw materials sourced from the world's leading growers across 3 continents, with unique characteristics and uncompromising quality.
Curing & Enhancement
After harvesting, tobacco leaves undergo a curing and enhancement process to improve their flavor and aroma.
Tobacco Blends
A variety of tobacco blends — including Virginia, fruit tobacco, and additional varieties (details to be confirmed with Miron) — are used to create a unique and aromatic flavor in the final product.
Drying & Preservation
Leaves are dried and processed to preserve the tobacco's properties and extend the shelf life of the raw material.
Creating the Final Product
The processed tobacco blend is shaped and compressed into the familiar cylindrical form.
Product Packaging
Once produced, the product is packed into pouches for distribution. Packaging materials are designed to maintain the freshness and quality of the product until it reaches the consumer.
Quality Control
Carried out throughout the entire production process, with strict monitoring measures in place to ensure all products meet the company's high standards.
