Dubek Manufacturing Plant

The heart of Dubek’s manufacturing activity is centered in an advanced factory that combines industrial infrastructure, control systems, and rigorous work procedures. The production environment is designed for efficiency, precision, and consistency, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and operations.

The World of Tobacco

Dubek’s factory produces cigarettes in a variety of flavors, in a range of lengths (80mm, 83mm, 100mm), and in different pack formats: soft, hard, and round-corner packs. The factory’s advanced laboratories engage in research and development of products at the highest quality and in compliance with international standards. The production department is the hub of technical and logistical activity that enables the creation of quality products and meeting market demands — a key factor in the organization’s success.

The Manufacturing Process

Dubek’s production process is based on a precise and continuous industrial chain, managed under strict procedures and advanced control systems. The process begins with the selection and procurement of quality tobacco leaves from leading growers worldwide, with strict adherence to consistent raw material characteristics and high quality standards.

After the raw materials are received, the leaves undergo processing and enhancement stages aimed at stabilizing the tobacco’s properties, improving its aroma, and creating a uniform base for blending. Precise tobacco blends are then composed according to each product’s profile, combining professional expertise with controlled industrial processes.

The processed tobacco undergoes drying and preservation to maintain its quality and stability, and is then shaped through an automated production process into the final product. The packaging stage is carried out using dedicated packaging materials designed to protect the product and preserve its freshness over time.

Strict quality control is applied throughout all stages of production, including continuous monitoring and regular testing. Upon completion of the process, the finished products are transferred to the nationwide distribution network, ensuring regular supply and wide availability at points of sale.
